Seen and heard.

One of the sadder sights in Christendom is the book-signing, where the local author sits alone in the corner at a table displaying his one ware (a mystery).  No one has heard of him or wants to be the only other one at his table.  I suppose his friends (where are they now?) said to him, “You should write a book!”

A woman said to her friend, “I wish my parents had bought me a chemistry set when I was a kid”, and her friend instantly replied, “If you had a chemistry set, you would not be here right now.”

Wise words from a ten year old:  How do you know if there is a dinosaur in your bed?  When your nose touches the ceiling….
