Deep Ellum Art Festival.

This weekend is the Deep Ellum Arts Fest in Dallas.  Deep Ellum is an historic neighborhood along Main Street. It is quite the place for weekend partying. I ventured down there Saturday evening (April 2) and again on Sunday afternoon (April 3). Along the way I met Josh and Monica, splendidly arrayed in their Arts Fest finery, and they graciously allowed me to photograph them. Josh’s eyes are actually closed– painted to look open.  Next block, I came across a Dixieland band, with the requisite revelers reeling along. The festival continues through Sunday afternoon.
